Dear Delegates and Faculty Advisors,
It is my distinct honor and pleasure to invite you to Harvard National Model United Nations Canada (HarvardMUN Canada), which will take place on May 28-31, 2026 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Downtown Toronto. This marks the first-ever iteration of HarvardMUN Canada, bringing the world-renowned HarvardMUN experience up north to delegates across Canada and beyond.
Building upon over 72 years of HarvardMUN tradition, this new Canadian conference reimagines the delegate experience by combining the academic rigor of Harvard’s flagship MUN program with continuous innovation inspired by our other international conferences in Africa, Australia, China, Dubai, India, and Latin America.
HarvardMUN is now establishing a dedicated presence in Canada, creating an accessible and world-class opportunity for student leaders to engage, debate, and collaborate about prevalent world issues. As Canada’s new premier Model United Nations conference, HarvardMUN Canada is offering a MUN experience like no other. This year, we are excited to not only provide an exceptional selection of traditional MUN committees, but also pilot the Tournament of Champions—the ultimate MUN showdown at the highest competitive tier. These exclusive committees will bring together Canada’s finest and most passionate delegates to compete head-to-head in an elite and fast-paced environment with advanced MUN rules, all led by Harvard University students. The Tournament of Champions will award distinctions to the very best delegates in Canada, setting a new benchmark for excellence within the Canadian MUN community.
